There are many ways to pass down Undying Fury from Zaou-Gongen to Yoshitsune, but a simple one is fusing Zaou-Gongen with Principality to obtain Yataragasu, which is one of the five ingredients Personas necessary to fuse Yoshitsune. As title says, I cant seem to track how to make the other persona needed to craft him. I'm not sure there is one out there readily available but you can use the P4G fusion calculator guide to track down how his materials are made. You need a lot of yen though. That dude is expensive but worth it.
