I use the Lost version for my Arcane build (Radial, Triangle, Waning) since there are a ton of badass elemental gems for Triangle and Waning slots. Physical: uncanny version, three 27.2% gems from watchers in pthumeru and isz depth 5 dungeons. The quality build str and skill is more effective. This all the way, if you look on the board, recently there was someone who did all the math, arcane damage will always do 90-94% of the damage of a str/skill build, when you add in gems the damage is pushed to arcane dealing 85-89% of physical builds.So, if you're going with this weapon I would recommend investment in strength and skill. The best blood gems for Ludwig Holy Bade are Cursed Tampering Damp Bloodgems 27.2% and increases stamina as the curse.
